Crusader
Set up Crusader for Rainbow Six Siege: prepare your PC once, inject the cheat, and fix the most common errors.
Requirements
Crusader only works with the DirectX 12 version of Rainbow Six Siege. Launch that version when the loader asks you to open the game.
Steps 1 to 3 are a one-time PC setup. After that, you only need the steps under Inject the cheat each time you play.
Set up your PC
Disable Windows Defender
Windows Defender flags Crusader as a false positive, so turn it off before you inject.
- Download Defender Control (dControl): Defender Control
- Unzip it and open dControl.exe.
- Click to turn off Windows Defender.
Install the Visual C++ runtimes
- Download the Visual C++ Runtimes All-in-One pack: Visual C++ Runtimes
- Extract it with WinRAR or 7-Zip.
- Open the extracted folder and run install_all as administrator. Accept every prompt; this can take a few minutes.
Install DirectX
- Download dxwebsetup.exe: DirectX Web Installer
- Run it and uncheck "Install Bing Bar" to avoid errors.
- Let it finish.
Inject the cheat
Download and extract the loader
Download the Crusader Loader. The archive password is 123.
Extract it into its own folder. Use English letters in the folder name; the root of your C: drive works best.
Sign in with your key
Run the loader as administrator, paste your key into Serial Key, and click Sign In. Your key is in your order email and on account.lmarket.net.
Start the injection
After a short load the R6S icon appears. Click Start Injection Process.
When the loader says "Please Open Rainbow Six Siege", launch the game (DirectX 12 version).
Open the menu
At the main menu, press Insert. Press it again at any time to open or close the menu, then use the tabs to turn features on or off.
Troubleshooting
Driver Initialization Error 1
Usually one of these is still turned on:
- Exploit Protection
- Windows Defender or Core (Kernel) Isolation
- Another anti-cheat, such as FACEIT or Vanguard (Valorant)
- Control Flow Guard (CFG)
- Another antivirus running in the background
Turn them off and try again. If it still fails, click Get Support in the loader, then choose option 1 followed by option 2.
Cannot connect to server
Connect through a VPN such as Cloudflare WARP, then open the loader. You can turn the VPN off again before you start the game.
"Please open file properly"
Download the loader again and extract it into a new folder on your desktop. Don't run it from inside the zip.
